Når du handler på webshoppen, accepterer du automatisk vores vilkår og betingelser. Vi anbefaler defor at du læser dem grundigt igennem, inden du bestiller dine varer.

 

Priser

Alle priser er angivet i danske kroner eller euro. Alle priser inkluderer dansk moms på 25%. Sendes varerne uden for EU, er du som kunde ansvarlig for at betale eventuelt opkrævning af told og moms.

 

Ordrebekræftelse

Du vil kort efter dit køb modtage en ordrebekræftelse. I sjældne tilfælde kan det forekomme at bestilte varer er udsolgt. Såfremt det er tilfældet, vil du høre fra os.

 

Forsendelse

Du kan selv bestemme om du ønsker at få tilsendt forsendelsen til en pakkeshop eller direkte hjem. Ønsker du at få tilsendt med DAO, skal du være opmærksom på, at de oftest leverer om natten/morgen, derfor det anbefales at du vælger pakkeshopløsningen hvis du bor i en aflåst opgang.

 

Levering

Al afhentning i butikken er gratis. Du er selvfølgelig velkommen til at prøve din bestilling ved afhentning. Internationale bestillinger har en forsendelsespris på op til 120 DKK. Er ordren færdigproduceret, sendes den inden for 1-3 dage. Laves den på bestilling skal du beregne ca. 10 dages produktionstid. Alle ordrer sendes med track & trace.

 

Disclaimer

RWD kan ikke garantere at indholdet på hjemmesiden altid er fri for småfejl. Vi stræber efter, at vores hjemmeside er så optimal som overhovedet muligt og at alt info er up to date. Dog kan billede og prisfejl forekomme.

 

Garanti

Der er 2 års reklamationsret på alle vores produkter. Reklamationsretten indbefatter ikke varer med defekter forårsaget af slitage, ukorrekt vedligeholdelse eller ukorrekt brug.

Retur og ombytning

Hos RWD STUDIO returnerer vi gerne dine varer. Skriv blot til os på return@rwdcph.com inden 14 dage efter modtagelse. Vær venligst opmærksom på, at returnering betales af afsender og det kan tage op til 7 arbejdsdage, før at pakken er retur i butikken. Bemærk at alle speciallavede order ikke tages retur.

De returnerede varer skal være i samme stand som ved modtagelse. Vi accepterer kun din retur, såfremt at varen er i dens originale stand med label. Du er som kunde ansvarlig for at pakken kommer frem til os. Vi kompenserer ikke for pakker mistet i forsendelsesprocessen. Når vi modtager din pakke og har accepteret varens stand, vil du blive informeret om, at vi har returneret pengende til din konto. Du vil modtage pengene på samme kort, som du har betalt med. Vi returnerer ikke forsendelsesgebyret. Ønsker du at bytte direkte over til en ny størrelse, sender vi gerne varen ud gratis, såfremt vi har størrelsen på lager. Hvis du ønsker en helt anden vare, skal du venligst lægge en ny orde i vores webshop.

 

GDPR

Alle personlige informationer gemt på siden, bliver håndteret med yderst forsigtighed. Informationerne vil aldrig blive solgt eller brugt til andet formål end at sendes varer afsted til dig.

De informationer du udfylder vil ikke blive videregivet til andre organisationer eller tredjepart. Af sikkerhedsmæssige årsager gemmer vi ikke betalingsinformationer i vores database.

When you are shopping in our webshop, you are automatically accepting our terms & conditions. We therefore recommend you to read the following, upon placing an order.

 

Pricing Policy

All prices are currently stated in either Danish Kroner or Euros. All prices include Danish VAT of 25%. All products shipped outside Europe may be subject to local taxes or import duties, which is at our costumer’s own expense.

 

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after your placed order.
On rare occasions items can be out of stock. You will be notified
via email, if an incident like this should occur.

 

Shipping & Handling

All pick up’s at the showroom are free of charge. You can try on your items straight away, when picking them up. All international deliveries, regardless of volume, are added a shipping fee up to 120 DKK Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 days. All orders are send with track & trace. Please notice that parcels will not be shipped during holidays and weekends. Delay may occur during busy periods and public holidays.

 

Disclaimer

RWD cannot promise that the content of the site is without inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. We strive to secure that all information is up-to-date, however text, image and pricing errors may occur. RWD may at any time, amend the content of the site.

 

Guarantee

All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to notify us about a faulty item. This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.

In case of a complaint or a missing delivery, please contact info@rwdcph.com including your order number, images of the claim and a description.

 

Return & Exchanges

RWD gladly accept returns and offer you to return your items within 14 days upon delivery. Please contact return@rwdcph.com before returning. Notice it can take up to 7 working days for the parcel to return to our show room.

Items shall be returned in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if all labelling and the original packaging is intact. You are responsible for the shipping of returning items back to RWD. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for. Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items. Late returns may be accepted at the discretion of RWD. If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. RWD is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU, however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchanges are only free of charge within Denmark.

 

Privacy Policy

All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the most utmost care. The information we store will not be sold or used for any purpose other than securing the best costumer service as possible.

 

Security

RWD use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the leading industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
