Vær venligst opmærksom på, at returnering betales af afsender og det kan tage op til 7 arbejdsdage, før at pakken er retur i butikken. Bemærk at alle speciallavede order ikke tages retur.

De returnerede varer skal være i samme stand som ved modtagelse. Vi accepterer kun din retur, såfremt at varen er i dens originale stand med label. Du er som kunde ansvarlig for at pakken kommer frem til os. Vi kompenserer ikke for pakker mistet i forsendelsesprocessen. Når vi modtager din pakke og har accepteret varens stand, vil du blive informeret om, at vi har returneret pengende til din konto. Du vil modtage pengene på samme kort, som du har betalt med. Vi returnerer ikke forsendelsesgebyret.
Ønsker du at bytte direkte over til en ny størrelse, sender vi gerne varen ud gratis, såfremt vi har størrelsen på lager. Hvis du ønsker en helt anden vare, skal du venligst lægge en ny orde i vores webshop.

Return & Exchanges

RWD gladly accept returns and offer you to return your items within 14 days upon delivery. Please contact return@rwdcph.com before returning. Notice it can take up to 7 working days for the parcel to return to our show room.

Items shall be returned in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.
Returns will only be accepted if all labelling and the original packaging is intact.
You are responsible for the shipping of returning items back to RWD.
Items lost in transit will not be compensated for.

Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items. Late returns may be accepted at the discretion of RWD. If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. RWD is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU, however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Exchanges are only free of charge within Denmark.
